Yellowcraig Beach in North Berwick is a fantastic spot - it's clean and untouched, with sand dunes and stunning views of the sea and islands. Families will love it, with grassy parking nearby and easy access to the dunes. There are clean toilets and a refreshment van close by, and it's not overly commercialized. We even saw the Household Cavalry passing through with their horses, showcasing just how beautiful this beach truly is.

Yellowcraig Beach - North Berwick A fabulous beach that's clean and wonderfully unspoilt, complete with sand dunes. It offers beautiful views over the sea to little islands. It's great for families, with grassed parking nearby where many locals were having picnics and playing, and it's just a few yards to the sand dunes. The beach has clean toilets and even a refreshment van nearby. It's not commercialised at all. During our visit, the Household Cavalry brought their horses along for exercise on their way from Edinburgh back to London, which shows just how beautiful the beach is.

There are beautiful coastal walks starting from the car park at Yellowcraigs. The stroll to North Berwick and back is a delightful experience, passing through sections of the John Muir Way. The car park at Yellowcraigs has well-maintained toilets and a children's playground.

Lovely little discovery just near North Berwick, with ample parking available. There may be a fee for those without a blue badge, but I'm not certain. The public toilets were decent and there are even showers on the side of the building for rinsing off yourself or your dog. An ice cream van is also on site for those warm days. The beach is a short walk away, but well worth it once you arrive - definitely worth adding to your list of day trip destinations.

My daughter and I stopped by Yellowcraig Beach while traveling from North Berwick to Gullane Beach. It was a beautiful spot with a long stretch of sandy beach and a view of Fidra Island. We had a wonderful time exploring the rock pools and dunes, and even spotted a heron hunting in a sea pool. The beach was serene and peaceful, making us feel connected to nature. We also appreciated the nearby playground and picnic area. It was a pleasant break on our trip, and we would definitely return in the future.
