On the morning in September 2022, I was fortunate enough to witness a breathtaking sunrise at the beach, just before the arrival of Hurricane Ian. While I am not certain of any regulations regarding my presence there, I felt reassured by the actions of a passing military officer, who briefly shone his light in my direction before respectfully moving on. This gesture left me with a sense of security and tranquility, allowing me to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the moment.

This beach is a great spot for families seeking a peaceful atmosphere. You can enjoy stunning views of the NASA launch facilities from here. However, it's important to note that since it's military-owned, you may be asked to leave at any time. On the bright side, the beach is well-maintained and offers showers for rinsing off. Just keep in mind that there are no restrooms available.

The ocean vistas at this beach are simply stunning. Rise and shine early to bask in the serene atmosphere. The best part? The beach is not overrun with tourists and the water is pleasantly temperate, even in mid-October. Watch as surfers and paddle-boarders glide through the waves. Take a breather and let the calming sounds of the ocean soothe your soul.

I've been visiting this beach since I was a teenager. While there are no lifeguards on duty, it's an excellent spot for swimming, sunbathing, and occasionally surfing. During the breeding season, you may even catch a glimpse of turtle nests. On a typical summer day, the water is stunning, and the sand is a perfect combination of shells and sand, which won't hurt your feet.

This beach is absolutely beautiful and also serves as a sanctuary for sea turtles. It's important to note that there are no bright lights allowed on the beach, and occasionally low flying aircraft pass by due to its proximity to Patrick AFB. However, it's typically a peaceful and clean spot, despite the seaweed, rocks, and shells that can be found. While there is some traffic on A1A, it's not too bothersome. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit, and you may even catch a glimpse of NASA or cruise ships passing by.
