The Pier is stunning, particularly during sunset, and the entrance fee is only $1 per person. The ice cream was delicious, and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, we had to leave someone behind to watch our dog as they are not permitted on the beach.

During our trip to Surf City, we spent most of our time at the pier. My husband and son enjoy fishing, and our 12-year-old son was thrilled to catch his first fish there. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return to this spot on our next visit.

I've been going to Surf City Pier for fishing since I was a kid and I absolutely love it. It's a great place to meet nice people and the pier house has really good food and ice cream. I always make sure to visit whenever I want to go fishing.

The Surf City Ocean Pier offers a stunning lookout that I highly recommend checking out if you're visiting Surf City. The spectator fee is only $1, and you'll be able to witness skilled fishermen and women casting out. You can even join in on the fun and fish from the pier with their available supplies. Whether you're looking to spend the day fishing or just taking in the beautiful view, this is definitely worth a stop. Have a great trip! ☀️🌅😎

The sand at this beach is much more comfortable than what you'd find in Southern California, and it feels silky smooth under your feet. Although I found paid parking quickly, I did have some trouble with the payment service. If you run into any issues, be sure to call the phone number provided. It's important to pay for parking, as there's a guy who patrols the area in a golf cart to check for unpaid cars.
