I really enjoy this beach, but the park could definitely use some improvements. As you go further up, the parks for kids are much nicer.

This afternoon, I took a stroll along the boardwalk, which was a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Since it was a bit chilly outside, there were only a few people walking along the boardwalk, which alleviated any worries about Covid, at least for today. It was truly refreshing to breathe in the fresh air and take some steps. This is my go-to spot for walks, especially as the weather gets warmer. There's something truly magical about listening to the sounds of the water and observing people relishing the beautiful scenery. I've been coming here for walks since my teenage years.

Beach 9 is an excellent destination to visit. It never gets too crowded, and the boardwalk offers a fantastic opportunity for walking, running, or biking. I personally love playing racquetball on their well-maintained courts. The beach and boardwalk are always kept clean.

The beach-side park is quite lovely, well-maintained, and regularly monitored by the police. It offers a skate park and a playground for added entertainment. The stunning ocean views, along with the nearby promenade and seating areas, are just a few steps away from the beach and the surf. Restrooms are conveniently available within the park, and city buses can be found just one block away. The only downside is the lack of nearby options to purchase snacks or drinks, requiring a walk of several blocks. Therefore, it's advisable to bring your own food and beverages.

This has been my favorite beach for the past two years! It is quiet, peaceful, and not overcrowded. The beach is very clean, and there is free parking available both in the lot and on the street if you arrive early, between 9:30am and 11:30am, by the way. There is a nearby bathroom facility as well. You can enjoy watching boats, jet skis, and kayaks pass by. The water at this end is very shallow, with no waves. The only thing I don't like is the squishy feeling on my feet when I try to go deeper into the water, haha.
