Unless you have an emblem for your car, you won't be able to access this beach. This means that unless you're a resident, you won't be able to find public parking.

The beach was disappointing and there was a lot of exploitation with the $70 parking passes. However, it should be noted that the sand was golden.

I enjoy spending time at this beach, as it offers both fishing and relaxing on its beautiful golden sand. However, one downside is the lack of public restrooms, which forces me to resort to using the area behind nearby private houses.

The spot is on the smaller side and has the Mill Pond behind it. It's a great spot for locals in the Westport area who want to be near the beach. I enjoy coming here in the morning with a cup of coffee and admiring the view of Long Island Sound. However, if you're looking for a bigger beach experience, Burying Hill, Compo, or Sherwood beaches might be a better fit, especially during the summer. It's worth noting that this beach has golden sand, but there are no restrooms available.
