This destination was truly amazing! We relished in the pleasure of a serene Hawaiian beach, with hardly any company around. It was almost as if we had the entire beach all to ourselves. The sand was delightfully velvety, and although the water was a tad chilly, it was the perfect opportunity to bask in the warmth of the sun while at the beach.

This petite beach is an idyllic spot for those who prefer to sunbathe and swim in the nude. It's a breeze to get to from the parking lot at Lower Pā'ia Park, and the scene is mostly made up of young beachgoers, with a male-to-female ratio of 60:40. The older single men tend to stick to the western side, while groups of young men and women frolic in the waves sans clothing. To top it off, there were five massive honu basking in the sun on the sand. The whole experience was revitalizing and freeing. 🤙

This beach is a haven for those who prefer to go au naturel, with plenty of space to soak up the sun without feeling cramped. The water is perfect for a refreshing dip, although it can get a bit choppy when the wind picks up. One of the highlights of our visits is spotting at least one turtle during our time here. Unlike the more popular Little Beach, this hidden gem is a peaceful escape from the crowds. With plenty of prime spots to work on your tan, this beach is a must-visit for anyone seeking a tranquil and serene beach experience.

In my humble opinion, the finest stretch of sand on Maui is none other than this beach. The sand is so delectable, it's practically good enough to eat! The water is so clear, you could see a fish blink. The waves are perfectly sized for a delightful day of aquatic frolicking. And, as if that weren't enough, we even had the pleasure of meeting some of the local turtle residents. It's safe to say that this beach is a true gem.
