Dead fish are scattered all over the sand and shore, attracting swarms of flies. The area reeks of trash and fish. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place. However, there is a small, quiet park for kids that is quite nice. I took a picture of the beach, and if you zoom in, you can see all the dead fish.

Charming small beach. The water was slightly chilly. The beach itself was well-maintained and clean. The restrooms were spacious and spotless. Appreciate the experience!
