On the way to East End, lies a serene and charming rocky beach that is worth visiting. It is a perfect spot for snorkeling as you can witness the vibrant marine life and colorful fishes. It is recommended to carry your snorkel gear along with a mask to fully immerse yourself in the underwater world. With a bit of luck, you might even get to spot some turtles.

South Haulover Beach is a rocky shoreline that demands appropriate footwear, especially if you are planning to snorkel. Additionally, it is advisable to bring some comfortable chairs if you plan on spending the day here. Despite the rocky terrain, the bay is well-protected, and the water is consistently tranquil, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling enthusiasts.

The beach is a tranquil haven sheltered from the gusts of an easterly wind. The points along the coastline offer an excellent opportunity for snorkeling. However, one should be cautious of sea urchins while strolling along the shoreline. The North side of the area provides an unobstructed passage. The National Park covers 3/4 of the bay, preserving its natural beauty. Visitors may encounter a few donkeys seeking refuge in the shade for a nap.

The northern beach boasts crystal-clear waters, while the southern one offers a serene atmosphere and abundant sights. It's important to be mindful of ant colonies on the beach, as they can put a damper on your picnic if you don't handle your equipment with care. Our experience at the beach was exhilarating as we swam past a dozing shark in the heart of the cove.

While the beach may have suffered from storm damage a couple of years ago, our recent snorkeling experience proved that the reef is making a remarkable comeback. The colorful coral formations were breathtaking, with an abundance of yellow and red hues. The marine life was also impressive, with a diverse array of pretty fish swimming around us. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our time spent exploring the underwater world at this beach.
