Pristine, transparent waters. Secure, marked swimming zones. Ideal for paddle boarding. Plan to arrive by mid-morning since it becomes crowded after 2 PM.
This is the best public beach/park for swimming that I have ever visited. It has clean changing rooms, ladders for easy access to the lake, shady trees for cooling off, and a laid-back atmosphere.
The beach is really pleasant, especially on September 9th when there is no admission fee. It has sandy shores followed by pebbles, and there's also a spacious grassy area with plenty of trees. Additionally, there are convenient free restroom facilities available.
The scenery at this location is truly breathtaking. It is a stunning destination. The only downside is that finding parking in the vicinity can be quite challenging, but that is to be expected in a popular tourist spot.
The swimming area is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We discovered a lovely shaded spot on a grassy slope near the lifeguard station, restrooms, and showers. There are separate areas designated for swimming, catering to babies, young children, and adults. It is advisable to wear swim shoes due to the rocky path leading into the water, which then transitions into a peculiar clay/mud base. The water is delightful, and the scenery is truly breathtaking.
This is our favorite spot by the lake so far! We spent the entire day here. Despite it being a Saturday, we had no trouble finding enough space for all 10 of us. There are plenty of trees providing shade if needed. The kids were constantly entertained with diving boards, a water slide, a volleyball court, a paddling pool, and table tennis. We were able to rent life vests for our less confident swimmers from the kayak rental place, and there were multiple lifeguards on duty. The snack bar offers simple snacks like hotdogs, chips, and pizza, as well as cold drinks. We had an amazing time.
