We spent one night at this resort, and we were the only couple there. It was a truly memorable stay. Location: The location is incredibly remote and peaceful. The only sound we could hear was the crashing of the waves on the beach, which was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, there was some litter on the beach. After breakfast, we discovered a footpath behind the villa that led to a small, hidden beach on the right side. It might be possible to walk there during low tide, but the waves were too strong for us to feel safe doing so. Villa: Our villa was very spacious and well-designed. However, it was quite old and in need of renovation, especially the shower area. The sheets were clean, except for two pillowcases that had obvious stains. Electricity was only available during certain times of the day: 8 am - 10 am, 1 pm - 3 pm, and 6 pm - 6 am. Despite not having air conditioning, the constant sea breeze kept us cool enough. The air conditioning and WIFI worked well when they were available. They also provided an electric mosquito repellent. Food: The food was average, but the portions were sufficient to satisfy us. Even though we were the only guests, the waiter kindly set up a campfire for us after dinner. It was a really unique glamping experience! Service: The service was excellent. All of the staff worked incredibly hard to ensure our comfort.
The beach is stunning, but the resort charging 100kRp for entrance feels like a rip-off. Other beaches in the Lombok area typically charge between 5 and 25kRp. On the bright side, there's a lovely hike on the right side of the beach that offers breathtaking views of Bloam hill, the beach, and even Sumbawa in the distance.
