After learning that the beach was not accessible by scooter, we opted to hike instead. I highly recommend going early in the morning to avoid the heat of the day. The road is quite difficult, with several steep hills and descents. It took us about an hour to reach the beach, but the return trip took much longer due to the hot temperatures. Be sure to bring plenty of water and some energy snacks, as there are no places to purchase anything. Upon arrival, there is no shade available. The view is beautiful, but I believe the hike would be much more enjoyable during the wet season when everything is still green. We also visited Tuluk Ujung, another beach in the park, which was much easier to reach by scooter and had a stunning white beach in a large bay.

2 Very poor

This is not the ideal spot to find a weighing scale or embark on a tour (the scale is broken, by the way). The path leading to the beach is in poor condition and while the view is pleasant, it's not a must-see. It's recommended to skip this visit.

During my visit in September 2019, I found that the road leading to the beach was still under construction, making it difficult to access the area. The rocky and uphill terrain required a strenuous 10km walk. However, we did notice evidence of camping near the cliff, including food and campfire debris. Despite the challenging journey, the view of the waves crashing against the cliff was breathtaking. It is recommended to visit the beach in the late afternoon once all facilities are complete. Additionally, it would be beneficial if all parties involved in the upkeep of the area could make an effort to maintain its cleanliness.

The beach was truly remarkable, but it seemed to cater more towards dirt bike enthusiasts. The most picturesque location, as depicted in the featured photo, was only reachable through a treacherous path of loose rocks that proved to be quite challenging even for those with a dirt bike. Other notable sights also required a fair amount of off-road driving. While the entry fee of 100,000 seemed steep, it felt like a justified price for the motocross-like experience that the beach offered.

The beach is fantastic for camping and sightseeing, and the best part is that it has free public entry. 😍
