The owner's wife, "Madam Saleh," came to speak to us and informed us that there was nothing she could do. They refused to issue a refund and accused us of lying. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Read the reviews! We paid $225 a night, and it was not worth it at all. The place feels like a dirty old motel from a movie. The air conditioning did not work, and we sweated the whole night. The furniture was soiled and dirty, with stains on every single piece. The walls were dirty. The refrigerator did not work; they replaced it, but it still didn't work. The shower head was broken, so you had to hold it to shower. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work. There were exposed wires on the hair dryer, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the price. We called the service desk, and they told us they couldn't do anything until the following morning. This hotel needs major updating. I do not recommend this hotel.

However, the locker room is in dire need of a deep clean and unfortunately, there is no restroom designated for men.

Perhaps it was just an unfortunate time of day, but the service was extremely slow and careless. Receiving two plates of knafe and then having to wait 15 minutes for the third plate made the entire experience very unpleasant!
