At the start of the beach, closer to the town, there are fewer rocks, making it my preferred spot for swimming. There were plenty of surfers and the waves were nice, creating a great ocean vibe.
This beach is extremely hazardous due to strong undercurrents that almost caused me to lose my life. It's also impossible to walk on the scorching hot black sand without shoes. Overall, there are much better beaches to visit on Lanzarote.
