Latest reviews on Santander's beaches

Playa de los Locos
6 Emilio Javier

One of the premier spots for catching a wave is this beach. It's a great place to hone your surfing skills or just relax and enjoy the view. The waves here are perfect for beginner and expert surfers alike. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just getting started, this beach is the perfect place to hang ten.

Valdearenas Beach
10 Marcelo García

Long sandy shore tucked away amidst towering cliffs and untamed waves creates an ideal surfing location. Ample parking available (although it tends to fill up by approximately 1 pm). Swimming may be challenging for some. Scenic route through a pine grove provides additional parking options. Definitely worth the stroll. A favored stop for those exploring in camper vans.

Playa del Camello
6 Cristobal Arroyo

What a sight! This beach is truly a marvel to behold.

Playa del Puntal
10 Johnathan Pritchett

This beach is absolutely amazing! It's definitely one of the top beaches I've visited in Spain, and it's conveniently located just a quick boat ride away from central Santander.

Playa de Cuberris
6 Baird Steve

There are many children and elderly people, but not much opportunity for surfing. If you're looking for a good surfing spot, I recommend Loredo or Somo instead. They offer much more excitement and enjoyment.

Arnia Beach
6 Fatima Subhi

This beach near Barrio La Arnia is an incredible spot to see how nature has shaped the landscape. It's the perfect spot to soak up some sun or take a dip in the sea, and its golden sand only adds to the beauty. It's a truly wonderful place to appreciate the wonders of nature.
