Harlech Beach

This exquisite beach is undoubtedly one of the most stunning in the UK. A brief stroll from the parking area leads you to this unspoiled paradise, which is refreshingly devoid of commercialism. Additionally, a lovely golf course is situated adjacent to the beach, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy a round of golf while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

This beach is one of my all-time favorite spots. You can enjoy views of the castle ruins and take a leisurely stroll to the black rock. The beach itself is stunning and conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and public restrooms. There is ample parking available along the front, although it is not free. While the beach is mostly rocky, there are sandy areas as well. During the summer months, there is a separate section designated as a dog beach.

The beach offers of a great expanse of sand and though it's often crowded, one can always manage to find some space to soak up the sun. The water is shallow, making it perfect for a leisurely paddle. However, I only gave it a rating of four stars as the naturist section of the beach requires a long walk.
