Latest reviews on St.Thomas island's beaches

Santa Maria Bay beach

We had a fantastic time at this place. It is split into two rentals that have a very similar appearance, and we were assigned the one on the right. The view is absolutely stunning, and both beaches in the two nearby coves are consistently deserted. The water is crystal clear with no presence of seaweed. The house itself is lovely and reasonably priced, and overall, our experience was delightful. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Secret Harbor beach

This serene and idyllic beach is not overcrowded, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. There is a bar that serves food, so you can stay refreshed while enjoying the sun and sand. While the beach is open to the public, there are some chairs that belong to the resort and are available for rent, particularly if you are visiting from a cruise or not staying at the resort. However, if you prefer a more casual approach, simply bring your towel and pick a spot to unwind and bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The location and staff were absolutely fantastic! We only stayed at this beach for one night due to missing our cruise ship. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant on-site and found our room to be extremely clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in reaching our cruise port at Crown Bay and ensured that we were headed to the right place. I will definitely return as they provided us with exceptional care.

This beach is absolutely amazing! Our stay here lasted for a blissful 8 days, and I'm already yearning to go back. The sand is incredibly soft, and the crystal-clear blue waters are simply breathtaking. One day, we even spotted a graceful stingray gliding through the water. Although the snorkeling experience was pleasant, there wasn't much to see in terms of marine life. However, the on-site beach bar was fantastic, and the pizza was delicious. Overall, this beach is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a tranquil, picturesque escape.

We went to the Marriott specifically for the Illuminated Kayaking experience, which is organized by the resort. It took place at night and was absolutely stunning. We were fortunate enough to spot several turtles, stingrays, and plenty of tarpen chasing after flying fish! The kayaks were equipped with LED lights that attracted fish, and they had no bottom. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The only downside to the experience was the large number of people. The event was overcrowded, which made it challenging to fully enjoy kayaking without interruptions or concerns about colliding with others. If they limited the number of kayakers, the event would greatly improve.
