The beach offers stunning views and a pleasant walking path. It's enjoyable to watch children jumping into the ocean. It's recommended to stay until sunset for a memorable experience.
This particular beach is more suitable for the younger children, as it may not be as exciting for those aged five and above. However, the older kids can still enjoy the serene waters. The restrooms, shade and showers are conveniently located nearby. Parking can be a bit of a challenge after midday, but there are ample calm waters for the little ones to frolic in. The area is well-maintained and there are various shops and eateries within walking distance, making it a great spot for a family day out.
This sandy shore offers all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable day under the sun. With ample dry sand, firepits for a cozy evening, restrooms equipped with showers, complimentary parking, volleyball nets to spike the ball, picnic tables to savor a meal, and vigilant lifeguards, you'll have everything you need. The water is perfect for both swimming and surfing, making it an ideal spot to soak up the sun's rays and enjoy the ocean's refreshing embrace.
The December sunsets in San Diego are always breathtakingly beautiful! I am grateful to the Most High Yah for this stunning view of the beach.
The beach is an absolute haven of tranquility and natural beauty. The pristine sands are immaculate and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. It was a delight to be able to relax and enjoy the beach with our children without any disturbance. The water may be a tad chilly at first, but one quickly adapts to the refreshing temperature. We were blown away by the sheer magnificence of this beach, and we will undoubtedly return when we are in the area. The abundance of parking spaces and the stunning drive along the beach only add to the overall experience. This is without a doubt the most exceptional beach we have ever visited.
The RV park's location is truly remarkable and deserves a perfect score of 10 stars. As we parked our vehicle, we were immediately captivated by the magnificent sight of the waves crashing onto the sandy beach. Access to the beach was a breeze from any spot within the RV park, and the clear pictures provided during the reservation process made choosing a spot a breeze. The only downside was the lack of better bathroom facilities. Although we had a bathroom in our van, we found ourselves having to make a long trek to the public changing rooms designed for surfers and other visitors to the area. Nevertheless, we would still give this RV park a 10/10 rating and would jump at the chance to visit again. We highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll along the beach at night to witness the breathtaking sight of the city lights illuminating the shoreline.
