This beach is primarily used by fishermen, who can be seen with their equipment most of the time. Due to its remote location and low population, families and young people rarely visit. If you're a fisherman, you can even come here at night. At the entrance, there is a hut where people cook and serve food for the fishermen.

Batticaloa has a beach that is encompassed by Casuarina trees, providing a pleasant view. However, the abundance of alcohol bottles scattered around gives the impression of a dark forest. It is not recommended to visit this beach alone or as a couple due to safety concerns.
