Dog friendly (North side only) outstanding beach in a very nice part of the southwest of Western Australai. Only 15 minutes from Dunsborough. Sealed carpark, toilets and a restaurant, Bunkers Beach House, but check open days if you are planning to eat.
A beautiful little bay than can be quite packed at times but lots of space to spread out. A fantastic early morning walk when it's glassy calm from the cafe to the rocks. A lovely swimming beach that's nice and wide, with a slopping entry to the water. It's a spot you may have to share with beach fishermen when the salmon run is on and not unusual to have the odd shark sighting.
Stunning, breathtakingly beautiful beach both during the day & at dusk. We look forward to returning again to enjoy another beach walk along this picturesque beach next time we are visiting the region.
Such a beautiful beach, offering excellent swimming for all. The access to Northern part of the beach has toilets and a boardwalk to the beach. At the entrance to the beach on the left is a cafe which serves drinks and food.
When we were there a pod of Dolphins were in the bay swimming around.
