This beach is a stunning hidden gem, with a steep path leading down to a rocky shoreline at high tide. However, when the tide is low, the sandy beach is revealed, along with plenty of rock pools to explore. It's worth noting that despite its beauty, this beach is completely free and open to the public. Plus, thanks to its sheltered location, it's usually quite calm and peaceful.

The beach is pristine and untouched, and there is a shipwreck to explore. However, be cautious of the intertidal pools as they contain anemones that can cause discomfort to your legs and torso. Additionally, it is important to be aware of the tide times. While the access is generally suitable for most people with able bodies, the steps leading to the beach are quite steep.

This place is absolutely stunning. When you descend the stairs, you'll notice a waterfall to your right. The rocks are ideal for exploring and climbing when the tide recedes, but keep in mind that the tide can change rapidly.

This place is truly unique and I adore it! Although it's quite a trek from the parking lot in Mortehoe, the effort is definitely worth it. The walk itself is quite demanding, with plenty of steps and steep inclines.
