Family beach with plenty of restaurants, massage, 7/11. Calm water, protected bay walk 20 meters to neck depth.
Kilometer long beach with a bakdrop with some trees that provide shades. Stong under water current and wavy when the wind picks up.
This location is no longer ideal for diving or snorkeling. The water remains shallow, even in the dry season, and there's a noticeable amount of trash. The island's cafe is subpar. We were initially impressed by older reviews, but sadly, in 2022, the marine life around this small island has deteriorated. Instead, consider visiting Coral Island, where you can enjoy a nicer beach and more interesting marine life about 150 meters from the shore.
This beach is fantastic for snorkeling, and it's easy to do right from the shore. It's best to arrive early to secure a good spot before it becomes too crowded. If you're fortunate, you may even catch a glimpse of the wing foil surfers. However, it's not worth trekking to the neighboring beach since it's small and noisy due to construction in the area.
This beach is an absolute gem, with serene surroundings and a tranquil atmosphere. The lack of crowds adds to the charm, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.
While many people suggest Diamond beach, I personally think this spot is just as good, if not better. The sand is lovely and there aren't many people, plus there's a vendor selling drinks. It's best to arrive in the morning so you can swim for a while before the water recedes in the afternoon.
