The beach we visited was absolutely stunning and secluded. We arrived at noon and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was not crowded at all, giving us the feeling of having the beach all to ourselves. We even had the pleasure of spotting eagles in the area. The water was crystal clear and calm, with pure sand that was a sight to behold 😍. However, as the afternoon approached, the winds picked up and the waves became a bit more intense. The only downside to our experience was the presence of jet skis, which were clearly trying to get our attention and rent them out. Nevertheless, we highly recommend supporting the small restaurant located just before the end of the trail, as they help to make the trail safer and more enjoyable, and the staff are exceptionally kind. Sun beds and snorkeling equipment can also be rented on site. To get to the beach, simply walk to the end of Surin beach and continue past the last restaurant. You will need to navigate through some rocks before reaching the start of the trail, which takes about 10-15 minutes depending on your walking speed. We found that walking was a better option than taking a boat. Lastly, we kindly remind those who plan to visit this beach to be respectful and avoid making loud noises that may disturb others who are there to relax.
