This beach is absolutely incredible, one of the best I've ever visited. Depending on the tide, you can walk out more than 100 meters into the ocean. However, it's important to be cautious of crocodiles, and I'm not joking about it!
The warm summer waters are delightful, offering a stunning view of the majestic mountains. We visited in January. There is a designated swimming area that is roped off to keep out the "stingers," as they are called here in Australia. Back home, we refer to them as jellyfish, but they might be related. Additionally, there are lifeguards on duty, which is fantastic for both children and adults. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. It's a lovely place.
Unfortunately, there is some litter left behind which is a shame for such a beautiful spot. There are public toilets and a boat ramp available. The beach is quite secluded. I thought I saw a cloud that looked like a crocodile, but thankfully it wasn't the real thing. It would be perfect for a refreshing swim in the sea. 😜
