Excellent dog-fruendly beach with water that remains shallow for quite a distance.
Advise users to buy water shies as the lake bottom and beach are a bit rocky, but once out in the water a way, where it is still quite shallow, the bottom of the lake becomes sandy.
Great water for kite surfing and kayaking.
There is a seasonal port-o-potty.
There is no running water; therefore, bring plenty of fresh water for your puppers.
Highly recommend this beach, but note it is not a sandy beach like Sauble Beach.
There are no stores or shops nearby, so be sure to bring all of your picnic needs, refreshments, etcetera with you.
Great place for sunsets and breezes blowing in from Lake Huron.
There are a lot of campgrounds and seasonal trailer parks nearby.
