The beach has a lovely stone staircase leading down to a small cove that is often littered with plastic, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sharp rocks and strong currents caused by the wind can be dangerous, as well as the abundance of sea urchins that pose a threat to bare feet. It is recommended to only use the cove for paddle departures and to avoid placing towels on the beach.

4 Frustrating

The beach offers a stunning view of Bandol, La Ciotat, and the Ambiez islands, with protected natural surroundings. However, the overpowering stench from the wastewater treatment plant is intolerable, and we were suddenly swarmed by flies.
