A stunning petite beach that exudes unparalleled beauty. This hidden gem is effortlessly reachable from the Le Trayas train station, making it a convenient destination for beachgoers. Surprisingly, even during the busiest summer months, the beach remains delightfully uncrowded, allowing visitors to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere undisturbed.

The path leading to the beach may be a bit perplexing at first, but once you arrive, the stunning scenery will take your breath away. While some visitors may choose to indulge in nude snorkeling or enjoy a drink on the rocks, there are still plenty of serene spots to relax and soak up the beauty of your surroundings. Despite the limited resting areas, the incredible views make the journey well worth it.

The southern coast of France is renowned for its beaches, but for an unparalleled experience, steer clear of the heavily-touristed areas and venture to the untamed coves along the coast between Saint Raphael and Cannes. This particular beach is a personal favorite. Arrive early enough, and you'll find a free parking lot or plenty of street parking. The descent to the beach may prove challenging for some, but taking your time will make it manageable. Once you reach the bottom, you'll be greeted by a stunning pebble beach with crystalline turquoise waters and striking red cliffs. It's wise to bring water shoes to protect your feet from the pebbles, but more importantly, pack your snorkeling gear to explore the waters. As it's a wild beach, amenities are scarce, except for a snack boat that stops by a few times a day to sell sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream. If nature calls, the sea or bushes are your only options. Despite the increasing number of visitors throughout the day, the beach never felt too crowded since people were leaving at a similar rate. I highly recommend giving this beach a try, especially during the pandemic, as there's always enough room to social distance.
