The beach offers a wide expanse of pebbles, and the windswept atmosphere adds to its untamed charm. Though largely unorganized, a small beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas provides some respite. The water is crystal clear and fairly deep, with sandy patches interspersed with rocky outcrops and seaweed, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling. As you venture to the left side of the beach, beyond some imposing boulders, you'll discover an unofficial FKK beach.

Velanio beach is a bit of a trek to get to, but if you're into mediocre scenery and a few hours of boredom, it's the place for you. Maybe if you stick around long enough, you'll start to feel some sort of mystical energy or whatever, but let's be real, it's just a beach. The nudist section is probably the most exciting part, but don't bother showing up too early, you'll just have to sit there and wait for the sun to set.

The beach is truly exquisite, with its crystal-clear waters and soft sand that feels like silk under your feet. However, it's important to note that in order to access this paradise, you'll need to make your way through Stafylos beach. It's worth the journey, but be cautious of relying solely on GPS directions, as they may lead you down a dead-end dirt road.

To reach the beach, one can either take the route through Stafilos beach or opt for a boat ride. The beach is adorned with rocks, but they are spotlessly clean. One can relish the goodness of cocktails at the beach bar. If you want to enjoy the beach without getting scorched by the sun, you can rent an umbrella for 7 euros for the entire day.
