A great spot to visit for a vacation or picnic. The beach and temple, known for being partially buried in sand, are truly impressive.

The beach is stunning and not too crowded. The waves are strong and high, which means fewer people swim here. It's located just 300 meters from the famous Batakeshwar Temple. There are only two small shops for water and cold drinks, but for heavier food, you'll need to go to the temple side. This beach is unique for its abundance of Jhau Trees, adding to its beauty. Just a heads up, it's not recommended to visit in the evening.

The beach is nice, but it's a bit quiet. We enjoy going there because there are mostly locals swimming, with very few tourists.

The beach is stunningly flat and peaceful, perfect for watching Olive Ridley sea turtles nesting and hatching. There is also a lovely children's park nearby, as well as an old heritage Shiva temple. Amenities include attached bathrooms, toilets, and a rest shed for pilgrims. Don't miss out on a full day trip with plenty of activities to enjoy.
