6 Pleasant

Recently revisited Sankur beach after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made to the area. The roads, accommodations, dining options, and the beach itself have all seen significant development. While there are no resorts or hotels directly on the beachfront, visitors can easily access the sea with a short 4-5 minute walk. Additionally, parking facilities are available for convenience. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway.

This beach in the Digha Area is truly exceptional. The charming shacks and amenities lining the shore enhance the appeal of this less crowded beach. Visitors, whether individuals, families, or groups of friends, can enjoy ample time relaxing by the water. However, it is advisable to avoid walking alone at night due to safety concerns.

Gorgeous and extremely pristine shoreline due to the limited amount of visitors. However, the recent pathway constructed by the West Bengal government from Digha to Sankarpur is absolutely marvelous. Incredibly picturesque. Somewhat secluded with a small number of accommodations.

8 Very good

With the evolution of the coastal road (Saikat Sundari) and multiple hotels, this location has been attracting more visitors in recent times. In the past, there were only a couple of resorts, but now there are at least 10. The shoreline remains unspoiled, and the trees provide ample shade. Additionally, it is known for being one of the most swimmer-friendly beaches. The surrounding area has also been effectively developed to combat any potential beach erosion.
