I had the pleasure of visiting this beach resort for the second time and was delighted to see that the road leading to it had improved significantly since my last visit a few months ago. Despite it being a Sunday morning in December, the resort was relatively uncrowded, likely due to its distance from Batam Centre. The area was spacious, with pristine white sand and noticeably cleaner than before. Unfortunately, my swimming experience was marred by the presence of jellyfish along the shore, which stung two of my friends. Thankfully, the resort staff were quick to provide vinegar as a first aid solution and informed us that it was jellyfish season.
One thing to note is that the area can get quite hot, so I recommend visiting in the late afternoon to catch the stunning sunset. The resort only has two functional toilets and limited shower facilities, with a small fee for use. A wooden bridge along the shore and a Rumah Kelinci, where you can feed rabbits, are available for a small entry fee.
It's worth mentioning that the resort operates using a generator, so staying overnight may not be the best option. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the improvements made to the resort since my last trip.
