The beach in Myall Lakes National Park is wild and unspoiled. It can be reached from multiple access points, but a proper 4WD vehicle is necessary to drive on the sand. The roads in the park are mostly unsealed, but regular cars can navigate them if driven carefully. Yagon Campground offers basic camping sites, while Treachery Camp is a resort with cabins available for rent.

I spent part of my honeymoon at this beach in 2005 and it was truly magical.

The cabins are nice and the beach is set in beautiful bushland surroundings.

I saw a young boy surfing at the beach, completely unaware that a playful Great White shark with a 3ft dorsal fin was following him. It reminded me of a moment in professional surfing with Mick Fanning.
