It's amazing to stroll along during low tide. The beach undergoes regular changes, with certain areas experiencing up to a meter of sand movement every few days. It's also a great spot for fishing, with excellent gutters. The distance from the creek in Bonny Hills to the boardwalk at the seawide estate and back is approximately 5km.

This beach on the Coast is absolutely stunning. The sandy shore and crashing waves extend from Lake Cathie to Bonny Hills, making it perfect for a day trip. Whether you're into beach fishing, taking a leisurely walk, or enjoying some paddle or body surfing, this place is a true paradise for surfers and bodyboarders. It's conveniently located just a short walk away from the main road, Ocean Drive. Additionally, there's a lovely park and shaded area with restroom facilities and a club house at Bonny Hills.
