This place is absolutely magical. We make it a tradition to camp here every June. This year, we stayed in zone 3. The dunes were impressively high, providing excellent wind protection. Zones 1, 2, and 4 seemed ideal for caravans. Additionally, accessing the beach was straightforward if you deflate your tires. The ferry ride costs $10, cash only.

This camping site offers stunning views and a lovely beach, making it a great spot for car camping (see attached pic). However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the beach tends to get quite crowded. It wasn't exactly the secluded island escape I had in mind 😂. Additionally, a group of noisy boys at the neighboring camp kept blasting loud music, including bands like "Neutral Milk Hotel" and "Car Seat Headrest."

This is my favorite camping spot in Queensland. The beachfront location offers stunning views of humpback whales as they pass by. Excellent fishing opportunities and incredible wildlife make it even better.

One of the greatest aspects of Noosa is spending a day at Teewah Beach with the family and dog in tow 🤙 😎 And please remember to follow the rules to keep this place clean and accessible for everyone in the future. This includes obeying road rules (no reckless driving), avoiding driving on the dunes, slowing down near parked vehicles (watch out for kids!), and taking all your rubbish with you. 👍

This stunning stretch of beach remains completely undeveloped, so you'll need to bring everything with you, including drinking water and a toilet. It's best to avoid visiting during long weekends like Australia Day, as it becomes extremely overcrowded, with an excessive number of four-wheel-drive vehicles racing up and down the beach. I am deeply concerned that the sheer volume of traffic may have significantly impacted the local wildlife in the sand. If you choose to visit, please be mindful of the environment and minimize your driving as much as possible. If you feel the need to showcase your driving skills, I recommend Landcruise Park as a more suitable location. This is a unique natural area, and anyone who has the chance to visit should recognize how privileged they are.
