The beach was peaceful and we had it all to ourselves all day. It can get windy, especially from the east. The 4wd track in was bumpy and had some tricky spots, but someone had kindly put up caution signs. We had to lower our tire pressure to navigate the dune tracks and reach the sand, but the beach itself was in good condition in January 2022. The water was great, with some rocks at one end. There were good campsites, but no facilities like water available.
