This beach is part of the sandy coastline between St Kilda and Port Melbourne. It's conveniently accessible from the city by tram and has numerous food and drink options close by. The waves are usually mild, making it a safe spot for kids to swim. If this beach doesn't meet your swimming preferences, the next beach is just a short walk away.

The beach is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of seating options and cafes nearby. You can also try your hand at fishing at the port. I really enjoyed the area.

I like to spend my weekends meditating on the Pier, as there aren't many people around at that time, making it feel private. It's my own little sanctuary for 20-30 minutes.
