I am only providing my feedback on the restaurant, not the beach itself. The atmosphere is lovely, with the sound of waves crashing in the background as we enjoyed our dinner.
We were a group of four, recommended to this Lido by our hotel with the promise of a €20 menu for their customers. When we inquired about the menu, we were informed that it consisted of one dish of our choice from a selection of cutlet, tagliata, salmon, or swordfish. However, we soon discovered that this was not a true menu as only one dish was included in the price. Despite this, we ordered a schnitzel, spada, and tagliata. Upon examining the actual menu, we realized that the dishes we ordered were significantly more expensive than if we had not opted for the false menu.
We also tried the Pepata di Cozze, but unfortunately, the mussels lacked flavor and the sauce was underwhelming. The Octopus with toasted slices of bread and potatoes was decent, and the Oriental Fry was not to my taste, so I cannot give a fair assessment.
Our server, Roman, was eager to please and provided excellent service, as did the Ukrainian lady who greeted us. While we had a good dinner overall, it is important for external establishments to be transparent about their arrangements. It was misleading for our hotel to advertise a menu when in reality, only one dish was included. My intention is not to give a negative review but rather to offer constructive feedback for greater clarity in the future.
