Baia delle Rocce Verdi is situated in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings, although it is quite difficult to reach. I am giving it one star for the following reasons: - Ticket Reception: We arrived around noon (2 people) and requested 2 spots. Only cushions on the rocks were offered, with no chairs or sunbeds available. When we asked to see the cushions and their location before paying, the staff member declined our request. Strangely, after just 30 seconds, he informed us that 2 chairs had suddenly become available (suspicious, right?). It seemed like they might have been reserving these spots for local clients or Neapolitan residents rather than tourists. We ended up taking the chairs at £20 each, without an umbrella. - Pool Access: It was impossible to get a spot in the pool. - Opening Times: The website states the opening hours as 08:00-17:00. However, lifeguards or beach assistants started going around at 16:25, informing us that they were closing down and asking us to start packing up. This is way too early to close the beach during high season! - Food and Drink Policy: The policy states that you cannot bring food and drinks due to a plastic-free environment. This raises the question: can I bring food in a glass container? What about drinks? The sign is quite misleading. There are a couple of places where you can purchase food and beverages, but considering the prices, a day at this place will cost you roughly €120-140 for 2 people (including entrance, lunch, and water throughout the day). At 16:00, we finally managed to get 2 beds as people started to leave, but we had less than an hour to enjoy them before closing. Overall, this place is definitely not worth the visit. I do not recommend it at all.

I wouldn't even give this place one star if I had the option. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it's important to note that this is a wedding venue in the evenings. We arrived at 4 PM, paid €12 each for two adults and a child, only to find out they close at 5 PM. Since we were leaving Naples the next morning, we were desperate to get into the sea. The journey there was long and unbearably hot, and we had to take an expensive taxi from the station. Once we got to the rocky beach, they were reluctant to provide a chair, there were no umbrellas, and the sea was not clean. The whole experience was quite unpleasant. We were told to leave the beach by 4:30 PM, not 5 PM as advertised. I then tried to go to the pool, only to be informed that it was also closed. Overall, it was a completely unpleasant experience at an expensive and overrated venue. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can. I regret coming here; it was a real shame and an expensive waste of time for our last hours of beach time on this Naples holiday. It was a disappointing experience for me and my family.

6 Pleasant

It's a decent spot. The chairs by the sea are great for tanning. However, be cautious with small children as the water is deep and you can't touch the sea floor. The views and beds are nice. Be careful when entering the water; I scraped my heel. The floor gets a bit rough near the beach. The sea can be strong, requiring constant treading to stay afloat, so weak swimmers should be cautious. The ticket is pricey, around 25€ each. It was challenging to get a taxi when I wanted to leave; I had to climb back up the hill I entered from, which took about 20 minutes uphill, and then another 20 minutes to find a taxi online. Overall, it's probably a place you can skip while in Naples.

10 Exceptional

I absolutely adore this place. The waiter provided excellent service and made ordering a breeze. The views are stunning—you can see Capri and Salerno from there. I was enchanted by the scenery and the atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the wine was exceptional. The customer care was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable.

The place is as beautiful as all the bays in Italy. The service is good, offering BBQ, salads, drinks, and snacks, but the entrance fee could be more affordable. As usual, foreigners face "special" prices for entrance and other services, but it's manageable. The sea is stunning, though the waves make it challenging to enter and exit, and the slippery stones can lead to scratches and bruises. Another major issue for foreigners is the complete lack of Wi-Fi. Due to the terrain, there is no good GSM signal, and even with paid mobile internet, you can't call a taxi (such a rip-off here 😠😠😠😠😠).
