This stunning beach is a hidden gem! The sand is a beautiful shade of pink and the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea blend seamlessly with the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean. It's truly a sight to behold! Unfortunately, the road leading to the lighthouse is currently closed, but there is still a beach access point where you can embark on a picturesque 2-mile walk to see the lighthouse. However, we opted to simply bask in the beauty of the beach and admire the towering cliffs.

5 Tolerable

We were quite disappointed during our second visit to the island when we decided to explore Lighthouse Beach, only to find out that the road had been rerouted and the actual point was 2 miles away, as indicated by the sign. It's a shame we missed out on the beach. On a positive note, we hope that the new development by Disney will bring some economic benefits to the area.

This beach is truly stunning and offers fantastic snorkeling opportunities just steps away from the shore. With cliffs and an old lighthouse to explore, it's the perfect spot for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque beach day. Unfortunately, there are plans to turn it into a cruise ship port, so let's work to preserve Lighthouse Beach. #savelighthousebeach

This beach is truly stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft, white sand. While it's true that Disney may eventually restrict access to the beach, the Atlantic side still offers a wonderful experience. However, if you're willing to take the 3-mile hike to the Caribbean side, you'll be rewarded with a breathtakingly serene beach. It's unfortunate that Disney closed the road that used to lead to the beach, but their decision has only added to the allure of this hidden gem. The signs prohibiting pictures, videos, and live streaming may seem restrictive, but they only add to the sense of exclusivity and privacy. It's amazing to think that a company from another country would try to control what happens on a public beach, but let's focus on the beauty of this place and enjoy it while we still can.

If you're looking for a beach that's not overcrowded with tourists, Lighthouse Beach is the perfect spot for you. This hidden gem is so beautiful that you'll feel like you've stumbled upon a secret paradise. The only downside is that you can't drive directly to Lighthouse Point due to the ongoing Disney Cruise Resort building project. But don't let that discourage you - the two-mile hike is worth it for the pink sand beach that awaits you. Just make sure to pass the guardhouse and avoid any accidental trespassing. There are only a handful of parking spots available, so be sure to get there early. And if you're feeling extra adventurous, visit before Disney opens their resort and claim your spot on the sand before the crowds arrive.
