Sandals Emerald Bay beach

We recently had a wonderful 7-night stay at this amazing resort, which was our second time visiting this beautiful paradise. We can't express enough how much we love this place. The combination of the clear waters and well-maintained beach creates a truly perfect atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip was the time of year. It was incredibly peaceful at the resort during our stay, which can be a positive or negative depending on what you're looking for. For us, it was pure tranquility. The beach is mostly secluded, with only a few condos at the far end, making it a peaceful oasis. The staff at this resort is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We decided to try the butler service this time, and Waldens and Garth went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. But it's not just them; the entire staff made us feel welcome. Special mentions go to Derick at the Drunken Duck, Torez at the pool bar, Jacquelle at the martini bar (Il Cielo), and Marinique at the bar in Kimonos. Their warmth and excellent service truly made our experience even better. In conclusion, our second visit to this resort was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning water, a pristine beach, and exceptional service, this is the place to go. We can't wait to come back for a third visit!

We had an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, especially the sushi. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a delight to have the beach all to ourselves as there weren't many other visitors. We're definitely planning to return in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying in a beachfront walkout honeymoon butler suite, and I must say, the staff and the view were absolutely amazing! Nowhere else will you find water as breathtakingly beautiful as this. The grounds are meticulously maintained and truly immaculate. Our butlers were exceptional and truly enhanced our trip. However, I must mention that apart from the breakfast and pizza, the only enjoyable meals were the ones our butlers brought to us. I cannot stress enough how disappointing the food served at most of the restaurants for dinner was. This alone will prevent us from ever returning to this resort and may even discourage us from staying at any other Sandals Resort in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing time from beginning to end during our honeymoon. This place truly feels like a paradise for adults. The resort is incredibly beautiful and impeccably clean. The housekeeping and grounds staff do an outstanding job. The food is absolutely delicious. Chef Jeffrey at Soy is truly world-class. The French cuisine is outstanding, and we had the best snails we've ever tasted. No matter how we ordered our steak, it was cooked to perfection. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and delightful selection. The service at the Italian restaurant for breakfast and dinner can be a bit slow. The daytime entertainment is enjoyable, and the evening entertainment is fantastic and diverse. It's a real disappointment that there isn't a beach bar, as this was the only aspect that let us down. Whitney, Alex, Akeem, and Will made our stay incredibly special! The staff members are exceptional and go above and beyond to assist you. They were always there for anything we needed.

We had an amazing experience at Sandals Emerald Bay, staying in a butler suite! The butlers went above and beyond to secure dinner reservations for us, transport us to the golf course, and set us up by the main pool. We had a wonderful time away from home and particularly loved the stunning views of the ocean from the back nine of the golf course. We can't wait to come back again!
