Pantai Tengah beach is a stunning expanse of white sand situated on the Western coast of Langkawi island. The beach offers breathtaking sunset views and a range of water sports activities such as parasailing, jet skiing and banana boating. However, it's worth noting that the beach can get pretty hot, so make sure to apply enough sunscreen before soaking up the sun.

The beach is definitely peaceful as there weren't too many people around. It's definitely an improvement from Cenang. The waves are quite strong, making it a good spot for swimming and experiencing the thrill of being massaged by them. However, the beach has a slight incline which can make walking a bit challenging. The sand is also a bit rough. There aren't any vendors selling goods along the beach. On the bright side, there are plenty of water sports activities available such as parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skiing.
