This beach is truly a hidden gem that is worth the 10-15 minute trek through the mountains. My first visit was a memorable experience and I was blown away by the stunning golden sand. Highly recommend checking it out!

There's a simple path leading to this secluded beach, which is incredibly serene and pristine. Let's all do our part to keep it that way by not leaving anything behind except our footprints. The water here is some of the clearest you'll find in Penang, and there are plenty of sea shells and barnacles to discover on the rocks.

The pathway leading to the beach may not be immediately apparent, but if you have a knowledgeable companion, they can guide you. The stroll is effortless, and you'll discover small enclaves where you can feel the sand and waves. The journey is relatively undemanding, with a few steps, and it is a sight to behold. No admission fee is necessary.

The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the main road, but unfortunately there are no public toilets or tap water for washing. Additionally, the rubbish is not cleaned up regularly. However, the beach itself is quite lovely and provides a relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of opportunities for fun activities and laughter, and the natural foot spa created by the sea salt water is a unique experience.

The beach and trekking route were quite enjoyable. The path adjacent to the beach wasn't spotless, but it wasn't terrible either. There were plenty of shaded areas to escape the heat of Penang. It's an ideal spot to take your children to play in the sand, but swimming is not recommended due to the presence of hazardous currents, as indicated by warning signs.
