The spot is a great to spend your weekend - it's usually quite busy, but that just adds to the atmosphere! Additionally, the beach has light, fine pebbles that make for a comfortable place to relax.

Kuantan boasts one of the best beaches to unwind and relax. The beach is clean, safe, and breezy, with ample seating available. Vendors on the beach offer inflated sofas for rent, making it more comfortable to lounge. Several restaurants with beach views, ranging from posh Starbucks to local seafood eateries, are available for dining. The beach also features numerous stalls and shoplots selling souvenirs like keychains, name engravings, kites, and toys. The area is also ideal for exercise and jogging, but visitors should be cautious of wild monkeys. Parking is plentiful, with the nearest lot costing RM2.50 per entry and the one beside TC Uptown costing RM2 per entry. The toilets are clean, but they require major repairs and upgrades. The best time to visit is from 6:30 pm onwards. The local authority deserves praise for maintaining the beach.

The Teluk Cempedak beach can get quite crowded during the night, but if you follow the standard operating procedures and venture towards the alleys with fewer people, you'll be fine. Additionally, the beach has light, fine pebbles that add to its charm.
