This is hands down the best beach I've come across in Mauritius, especially on the north and east sides. The sand is a beautiful golden color and stretches out for miles, providing ample space to relax and soak up the sun. If you prefer some shade, there are trees that offer respite from the heat. The water is crystal clear and easy to enter, making it a great spot for families with kids. You won't need water shoes here! While there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas available, there's plenty of room to bring your own gear. The beach is also pleasantly quiet, as it's set back from the main road. Nearby kiosks offer a variety of food and drink options. The only downside is that there isn't much to see if you're into snorkeling. However, the sunset views are absolutely stunning!

The beach stretches out for quite a distance, with a number of resorts situated nearby. The water is a stunning shade of turquoise and provides excellent opportunities for swimming and snorkeling.

This beach is definitely one of the longest and most peaceful ones out there! As of May 2022, they've added a great parking area and showers. Plus, there are a few food trucks that serve up some seriously tasty dishes. The sandy beach is also perfect for families with children.

This beach is really great! It's nice to see that the government has provided parking spaces and disabled bays, but I'm concerned about how people with mobility issues, strollers, or wheelchairs can access the beach. It would be helpful if they could install a ramp so that everyone can enjoy both the parking and the beach. It's frustrating that this hasn't been addressed yet. Plus, the sand is a beautiful golden color.
