We have stayed at numerous stunning hotels, but this particular hotel truly distinguishes itself with its remarkable focus on details and commitment to delivering top-notch service. I highly suggest booking a massage at the Spa, as it was the best massage I have ever experienced. Mudon, our host, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our requests were promptly attended to.

I'm absolutely blown away by everything at this resort - from the room to the service, food, gym, beaches, and even the smallest details. It's genuinely a luxurious resort with outstanding service. I've stayed at numerous five-star hotels on this island, and this one is without a doubt the finest. Actually, it's the best hotel I've ever experienced. It was truly an amazing experience staying at One & Only. What sets this hotel chain apart and makes it truly exceptional is the level of service. The staff's proactive approach in anticipating your every need creates a one-of-a-kind experience that you must try to fully appreciate. Not to mention the delectable food, luxurious architecture, and meticulous attention to detail. People have the ability to achieve greatness, but what truly stands out is how they go above and beyond for others and the impact they have on making them feel special.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a month, and to be completely honest, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. One aspect that I particularly enjoyed was the gym. It is equipped wonderfully, and the staff there is highly professional and knowledgeable, making it an excellent place to work out. I want to give a special shout-out to Kevin, who trained with me on a few occasions.
