Regrettably, the beach at Hyatt is currently inaccessible due to a blockage. It's a shame that this is allowed, as it should be easily accessible.

I am curious about the possibility of taking a water taxi to this idyllic beach and settling in with my own beach gear. I can't help but wonder if the authorities would attempt to evict me from this pristine location.

It appears that Hyatt may be violating regulations by restricting access to the beach. In Puerto Vallarta, it is prohibited to have exclusive beaches.
