The anchorage for boats at this beach is quite bumpy, with a lot of rolling waves. Unfortunately, there isn't a dingy dock available, which made it impossible for us to go ashore and explore the local restaurants. However, the sound of the surf crashing onto the shore is incredibly powerful and creates a lively atmosphere. It's definitely a great spot for swimming and taking a leisurely stroll along the beach.

This beach is truly extraordinary, providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. The beach is also home to a variety of fantastic restaurants that are perfect for families. The seafood, particularly the lobster, is both affordable and expertly prepared. The warm and welcoming Michoacan hospitality is sure to make any visitor feel right at home. For accommodations, Hotel Maria Teresa at Playa Azul is an excellent choice.

The beach was immaculate, with a plethora of delectable food and drink options to indulge in. There were ample seating arrangements under the shade, complete with cozy hammocks to relax in. The beach was pristine, with an abundance of gorgeous sea glass to collect and tiny crabs to chase after. The water was pleasantly warm, and the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful.
