It's important to note that Mangel Halto can be dangerous, so it's essential to research beforehand and exercise caution, especially with motorboats in the area. Despite the potential risks, Mangel Halto is undoubtedly one of the top two snorkeling spots on the island, alongside Boca Catalina.
