Arashi Beach

This beach is truly magnificent and absolutely worth a visit. There are plenty of amenities available on-site, including the option to rent a comfortable chair and umbrella while enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks. Alternatively, if you prefer a more secluded spot, you can venture further down the beach and find a quieter area with fewer people. If you're an early bird, you'll be pleased to know that the charming palapas are open to the public, no matter where you are on the beach. The sand is incredibly soft, and there are only a few rocks scattered about. While there are some waves, they're mostly gentle and perfect for a relaxing swim.

We decided to take a public bus from the nearby cruise port to reach the beach. Upon arrival, we noticed that there are some individuals who offer rental services for chairs and umbrellas. However, we also discovered that there are small huts available that provide free shade. If the hut is occupied, it doesn't hurt to ask if you can share the space. As a cruise-goer, it's not necessary to purchase an excursion as a round-trip bus ride is only $5. Alternatively, you can opt for a day pass for a slightly higher price. The beach itself was lovely, but we recommend being cautious of submerged rocks in some areas. If you need to use the restroom or shower, it costs $1.

Ranked among the top five beaches, this stunning coastline boasts crystal-clear waters and glistening white sands that are sure to take your breath away. The atmosphere here is relaxed and youthful, much like that of Eagle Beach. Don't miss the welcoming bar at the entrance, where you'll encounter some of the friendliest people around. Plus, you'll appreciate the affordable prices for both food and chair rentals, which are noticeably lower than other areas on the island.

The serene and picturesque beach boasts crystal-clear waters and a velvety, ivory shoreline. It offers superb snorkeling opportunities both on-site and nearby. The beach bar is a delightful spot with amicable staff and delectable cuisine, especially the civeche. The beach is spacious, affording ample room to relax and unwind. The sunsets are breathtaking and the parking plentiful. The beach is relatively unspoiled by tourism, making it a top choice for me in Aruba. I spent a total of 8 hours there one day, including the sunset, and a few more hours on another day.

This beach was an absolute delight! Instead of parking in the busy paved lot, we opted for a dirt road just a little north of it, which was far less crowded. One of the things I appreciated most about Aruba was the abundance of public beaches with free thatched umbrella shelters. At this particular beach, you can wade out quite far without the water becoming too deep, which was perfect for lazy afternoons floating around. We stumbled upon this gem after a trip to the lighthouse and couldn't have been happier with our discovery.
