Pédé beach is a stunning location that is worth visiting. It is a place where individuals who identify as heterosexual can relax and enjoy themselves without any concerns about the LGBTQ+ community.

If you're a passionate snorkeler and looking for a serene spot away from the crowded beaches, this is the place for you. To access the snorkeling spot, head towards the left of the beach where you'll find a convenient entry point. Once you reach the left point, swim out for about 100 meters and you'll come across a series of coral hills that rise up to the surface. You can explore these hills to your heart's content, but be mindful of the currents. During my visit, there were no significant currents to worry about. However, the inner coral is a bit damaged, and the fish life is not as abundant. The coral sand also makes visibility poor, so this spot may not be suitable for novice snorkelers who prefer to stay close to the shore. Overall, if you're an experienced snorkeler looking for a peaceful and secluded spot to explore, this is the perfect place for you.

This secluded beach is truly magnificent and can be accessed by road. After parking your vehicle around the bend, it's just a two-minute walk to reach the small bay. The left side of the bay is the most interesting spot for snorkelling, located at the tip and about 100 meters away. You'll also find small caves in the cliff that can be used as shelter from the sun or as a fun cabin for children. If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk on the rocks to the left, but be cautious as it can be a bit chaotic. Overall, this beach is a hidden gem that's definitely worth a visit.

My favorite spot on Maré is the beach! Although it's a bit hidden, it's definitely worth the effort to find. Simply stop at the bend in the small car park and take a one-minute walk on a path to reach this small beach. While there isn't much shade, it's worth spending a few hours here because the water is a stunning color.
