San Blas in Panama is definitely a must-visit place. However, it can be a bit disorganized, as many people I met were unsure of their destinations. Despite that, we all managed to reach our intended spots eventually. This island does have electricity, which personally, I wouldn't choose again. Along with it comes a bit of a party atmosphere, with music and alcohol, which is great if that's your thing. The snorkeling experience was quite underwhelming, as I hardly saw anything. The boat tours to other islands were enjoyable, although the workers seemed more focused on their next drink than being informative guides. Unfortunately, some of the islands are littered with scattered rubbish, which is disappointing. Overall, I would still recommend visiting, and one night was sufficient for me.

Definitely a nice place to visit. If you're in Panama, the San Blas Islands are a must-see. It can seem a bit disorganized at times, and many people I met were unsure of their destinations, but we all got there eventually. This particular island has electricity, which isn't something I would choose again. It brought a bit of a party atmosphere with music and alcohol, which is great if that's your thing. The snorkeling was underwhelming; I barely saw anything. The boat tours to other islands were pleasant, but the workers seemed more interested in their next drink than in being tour guides. Some islands had a lot of rubbish scattered around, which was unfortunate. Overall, I would recommend visiting, and one night was enough for me.

Staying on this island was a truly wonderful experience. The women who own and run the island are incredibly sweet and kind. While the meals provided are basic, don't come expecting fine dining or luxurious accommodations. This is a genuinely rustic spot where you can relax, enjoy a stunning beach, read, and simply unwind. Be sure to bring extra snacks, water, and sunblock.

This is a fantastic, peaceful island getaway. If you're seeking high-end lodging, this isn't the spot for you. But if you're looking for a cozy place to stay on a lovely small island, you should definitely consider this. We spent an afternoon sitting in the ocean under a palm tree, sipping beer - it was absolutely breathtaking. The water is gorgeous, there are tranquil spots for sunbathing, and you can easily arrange short boat trips to other islands.
